The Project Scope
The Villas structures built previously were handed over to Seven Interiors. The 3 Bedroom Villa which covers 700 m2 BUA and the 4 Bedroom Villas with 1000 m2 BUA.
Seven Interiors scope as the Main Contractor was to deliver a turnkey project which comprised of External Works, Civil Engineering, Full Interior works, Furniture and OSE.
Interior works being Blockwork, concreting, screeding, plastering, waterproofing, staircase casting, fire stopping, feature gypsum ceilings, MEP, ELV, GRMS, BMS, Fire Systems, Special Lighting, Sanitary fittings
Marble, Ceramics, glass, special wall finishes, Joinery, fitted furniture, custom made furniture, beds, carpets, curtains, OSE.
Exterior works, Aluminum Windows, sliding screens, glass and wood balustrades, extensive GRC features, swimming pools, sun decks, external showers, jacuzzis, landscaping, soft and hard, extensive heavyweight pergolas, sunshades, and furniture,
The Project was executed by our Professional Team of Engineers, Artisans, and Subcontractors. The program very fast track and all delivered on time including client additional requirements.
